Emily Sander (Zoey Zane) 18, was a Butler Community College student leading a secret life as an Internet porn model named Zoey Zane when she disappeared Nov. 23, 2007.Zane's body was found six days later.She was last seen leaving an El Dorado bar with Mireles.
Israel Mireles is charged with capital murder, rape and aggravated criminal sodomy in Emily Sander's death. Prosecutors try to send him to trial for the crime,by making it public on tuesday. Mireles was arrested in Mexico in 2007 and extradited to the U.S.
